This web site is a 1 man project. It took me an enormous amount of time to post all the traces and photo albums on it. The only way for me to know if you use it is through your feedback. Please e-mail me the names of the trace(s) that you've used from this site and if you have any suggestions for the site's improvement. Use the subject: Gpshikingdc. I promise not to abuse your e-mail. I have plans to convert all the traces to *.gpx, add hike tags, add traces between 2008 and now, but first I'd like to know if this site is actively used. In 2 Lines: Use GPSBabel utility (free) to convert from *.tpo to almost any other GPS format. Use http://www.gpsvisualizer.com to get elevation profile of the trace and for format conversion.
Note: the number in parenthesis represents the total number of hikes on this page. If * is next to it, this number is not included in the total number of hikes.
